This is to inform you that the Election of the Office bearers of the Softball Association of India for the period 2020 to 2024 was held on 23rd December 2020 at 11.30 A.M. At Holyday Inn, Ranjeet Avenue, Amritsar, according to the Guidelines of Government of India and Constitution of softball association of India simultaneously.

We received names of authorized representatives of members associations out of 30 affiliated state units we could receive 56 names of 28 states till 5.00 P.M. on 01st December 2020,
According to the sports code of Government of India President can hold office for three term or 12 yers only there for Rana Gurmeet singh Sodhi could not contest election, House unanimously nominated him as Life time President, Secretary General can hold two term then after sleeping period of four year then can contest Mr. Pravin Anaokar was eligible to contest but since functions and activities was going on smoothly there for he requested house to nominate Mr. L. R. Maurys as Secretary General and to hold unanimous election. House Nominated him as CEO of the federation.
The General Body meeting was started at 11.30 A.M. sharp at Holyday Inn, Ranjeet Avenue, Amritsar, At the time of Roll call, Total 43 representatives of 23 states was attending,
Hon’ble Justice Shri Mahavir Singh Chauhan inform to the house that we have received only one nomination for the post of president which is of Ms. Neetal Narang she is declared elected as President, only one nomination for the post of Secretary General which was of Mr. L.R. Maurya he is declared as Secretary General and also one nomination for the post of Treasurer which was of Mr. Shrikant Thorat he also declared elected as Treasurer of Softball Association of India unopposed unanimously. According to the constitution President , Secretary General and Treasurer will nominate other Executive members,
The executive committee was declared during the meeting.
